Forward-thinking Melbourne-based property developer, BEKL, has announced its appointment of IHG’s new upscale brand, Voco, as the chosen hotel operator of its stunning new hotel, Voco South Melbourne.

The hotel, due to be built at the northern end of St Kilda Road on Dorcas Street, offers guests a selection of 171 well-appointed rooms, designed around a ‘Me Time’ concept, along with sprawling restaurant and bar spaces, four meeting spaces and a gym.

The hotel will look to form part of a larger mixed-use project which if given the green light, will comprise 36 apartments and 2,293sqm of office space.
